Shipping & Returns


We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the U.S. Shipping is $5.95 for orders under $100.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Your domestic order should arrive in approximately 3-5 business days after shipping.

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, Dailie has no control over unforeseen transit/weather delays. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items or any delays due to the carrier.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking details.

We ship worldwide. You'll see possible shipping options at checkout. International shipments generally take 7-12 business days depending on your location. We cannot pre-determine customs fees and Dailie is not responsible for any duties or fees charged by customs.

We are confident you'll love your purchase from Dailie, but if for any reason you don't love it, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. To start a return, please email our customer support team at with your order number and item(s) you'd like to return.

Please note: A return shipping label will be generated for returns within the US. There will be a $6 charge for this shipping label. If you choose exchange or store credit, we will provide a complimentary return label. Return labels are not provided for international customers. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and that we do not cover the cost of return shipping on international orders.

Please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive your return for your item(s) to be processed. Once your return is received and checked, a refund or credit will be issued to you.

Gift cards and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
