All of our jewelry is made with high quality stainless steel. It is waterproof, sweatproof, tarnish-free, and hypoallergenic. We use an advanced 18k gold vacuum coating process called PVD rather than traditional gold plating so your jewelry can endure daily wear. You can read more about our materials here.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Your domestic order should arrive in approximately 3-5 business days after shipping.

Yes, we ship worldwide. You'll see possible shipping options at checkout. International shipments generally take 7-12 business days depending on your location. We cannot pre-determine customs fees and Dailie is not responsible for any duties or fees charged by customs.

If for any reason you don't love it, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of delivery. There is a $6 return label fee for a refund or we will waive this fee if you choose exchange or store credit. You can view our full return policy here.

Our jewelry is pretty low maintenance, but we recommend storing your jewelry separately to avoid scratching. We also recommend occasionally wiping your jewelry with a soft cloth, such as microfiber or a jewelry cloth, to remove any dirt and oil buildup.
